Azusa, California

Originally built for Price Club (before Costco merger) as one of its original locations. In 2001 the building was converted to nearly 100% refrigerated and freezer food processing facility for a privately held company owned by a group of foodservice industry veterans. The firm manufactures processed meats for packaged food manufacturers and foodservice chains in North and Central America. In 2010, the tenant identified the property as a mission critical location and as a result entered into a new 20 year lease with ARKA.
