Each of the four properties offers both single- and multi-tenant occupancy, located in the highly desirable Vista submarket of North San Diego County, which experienced a 2013 year-end industrial vacancy rate of 7.3%. Activity has been strong for buildings larger than 40,000 SF in Vista as there is a lack of competing quality product available for sale. ARKA partnered with another investor to purchase the four-building portfolio, 79% leased in two of the buildings and 100% leased to single-tenant occupants. ARKA continues to aggressively market any potential vacancy and stays proactive to ensure the asset performs to its fullest potential.
