Azusa, California

Single tenant facility with over 115,000 square feet of highly improved refrigerated and freezer food processing.

Originally built for Price Club (before Costco merger) as one of its original locations. In 2001 the building was converted to nearly 100% refrigerated and freezer food processing facility for a privately held company owned by a group of food service industry veterans. The firm manufactures processed meats for packaged food manufacturers and foodservice chains in North and Central America. In 2010, the tenant identified the property as a mission critical location and as a result entered into a new 20 year lease with ARKA.
